Our offices are open from 09.00 hrs till 17.00 hrs (UK time) Mondays to Friday. Even outside our normal office hours you can always leave a message by e-mail. We aim to respond very quickly when faced with an urgent matter.

As we are an internet based service priority is given to e-mail contacts.

This does not mean that we cannot help non-internet based clients but if you telephone us and we are busy please leave a message on our answerphone system which will then be mailed to the appropriate department. If you decide to make a viewing appointment and visit France, a specific member of staff will look after your concerns and will be in direct constant contact with you
